The staff were lovely, friendly & helpful. They originally put us in a room that had a wooden bed & was very smelly, but after we went down to complain they exchanged our room to one with a divan which was satisfactory, the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful.

Basic hotel

Hotel looked nice. Staff were friendly. The room was very basic the bed was extremely uncomfortable & very noisy every time one of us rolled over it would wake us both up. Having said that they are in the process of renewing the beds. (We did stay another night & had a different room where the bed was completely different, a divanwhich was fairly comfortable & quiet) Housekeeping wasn’t great made the bed but forgot to empty the bin. The window was locked shut so there was no fresh air although there was ac.

Sad Experience

I was disappointed that the hotel couldn't offer even a welcome bottle of water. The rooms were bare, there was no soup to wash your hand and it was just not my style.

A lovely clean hotel with convenient parking and within walking distance of city centre. Although situated on a very busy road, the hotel has taken successful measures to block out traffic noise in the rooms. It has a nice independent italian restaurant attached that serves good food too.

Not impressed. Room was tiny, the windows were filthy and didn’t open properly. Hair in the tea cups! Dust everywhere. Mattress was rock solid. All topped off with a foul stench of sewage! Very poor experience. Will never be coming back!

Friendly staff on arrival and milly took great care of me. Lovely sausage and bacon sarnie waiting for me in the morning with a coffee. Great hotel plus they have an amaising italian restaurant aswell. Brilliant. Thank you.

The rooms smell bad off urine and the beds was movng to Holderness Rd we went told thm can we chnged the room its smells off urine thy turn around fully booked we tell the cleaners tomorrw its first time i went to a hotel its smell i been to travelodge no smell there sort it out for 51 pound nevr agin sorry to say
