Cove, inside the gates of Palmas Del Mar — one of the Caribbean's most
complete resort communities. With sweeping ocean views, a private rooftop
terrace, three en-suite bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and beach access steps from
the complex, this is the kind of stay that's hard to find and harder to
forget.

THE VILLA
Spread across three thoughtfully designed floors, this home is built for
both relaxation and entertaining. Wake up to ocean views, spend your
afternoons on the private rooftop terrace watching the Caribbean horizon,
and end your evenings in comfort in one of three well-appointed bedrooms.
With 3.5 bathrooms there's never a wait, and the fully equipped kitchen
means you can cook in or simply prep snacks between beach trips.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- Master Bedroom: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom (second level)
- Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom (second level)
- Third Bedroom: Bunk bed with full-size mattress on bottom, twin on top,
and a pull-out trundle with additional twin mattress — plus a private
bath (third level)
- Half bath on the first floor

THE POOL
The resort-style community pool sits right outside — well-maintained,

THE BEACH
The Crescent Cove complex has its own private entrance path leading
directly to the beach through a canopy of palm trees — you'll see it the
moment you arrive. The beach itself is open and uncrowded, with calm
Caribbean water that's a world away from the tourist-heavy shores near
San Juan. Pack a cooler, set up your chairs, and stay all day. It's that
kind of beach.

THE KITCHEN & LIVING SPACES
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook in, comfortable
living areas across multiple levels, and enough space that a group of 7
never feels on top of each other. The layout across three floors means

EXPLORING THE ISLAND

accessible for memorable day trips. We recommend renting a car — the
island rewards the curious traveler.

This place was awesome and we would stay again! It was very clean -- kitchen surfaces, floors, beds, bathrooms all looked great. We loved the 3 floors, 2 balconies & stocked kitchen supplies. It's nice that the kitchen is open to the rest of the floor so everyone feels together during food prep. Beach supplies are also there (chairs, umbrellas). The community is nice and has everything you need (restaurants, coffee, mercado) very close. The view is beautiful and we listened to the sounds of the waves before bed every night. We're already talking about returning. The host was very responsive to all inquiries as well!

This clean, nicely furnished condo is in a quiet location with easy access to a lovely beach and is within walking distance to several good restaurants and a small market. It offers a well-equipped kitchen, bedrooms with their own temperature controls and en-suite baths, a washer/dryer, and a private terrace on the third floor. The balcony view of the beach was a favorite for morning coffee. Overall, a very comfortable, relaxing spot for the 4 of us for the week.

Beautiful and exceptionally clean space! The hosts left plenty of information available for all our needs. We loved the family atmosphere in the villa. Numerous restaurants, coffee, and other anenities within a short walking distance. And again (in case it is as important to you as it is to me), this place was extremely clean. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place

The place was amazing, close to the beach, with a large community pool. Close to the Wyndham resort that has bars and restaurants. We had to wash the couch covers but that wasn’t a big deal. The owner is super responsive .

Relaxing stay, right near beach

The condo was exactly as advertised and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. Please know that while Palmas del Mar is a nice resort with the Wyndham hotel literally next door, there is nothing to do nearby except go to the pool and the beach. All of your touristy type activities (and restaurants!) are going to be in or near San Juan, which is about an hour away. So be sure to rent a car. The only restaurant within walking distance was Trova at the Wyndham (which was good, thankfully). But if you're blessed with nice weather (and we were!) you will have a lovely time.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very responsive before and throughout our stay. The unit was clean and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the three floor layout so our kids could spread out. The rooftop deck was so nice! And you can’t beat the access to the pool and beach - just steps away. Nice place in a lovely neighborhood with nice owners! Great experience!!

Relaxation and Comfort

This was my 1st time to PR. I chose this location as a place to unwind and relax after our day trips to different parts of the island. My brother and I enjoyed the space, layout, and amenities. We would hang out together on the main level, he slept on the 2nd level with the master, and I had the 3rd level with the rooftop patio. The beach equipment provided was great. TONS of linens and blankets. I absolutely loved the personal touch of the Christmas tree!! It showed how thoughtful Nicole is. She was always prompt to reply with any questions I had. If you want a quiet place, this is perfect. You can't go wrong with the views, pool, and beach access. Book now!!!
