Found in the historically significant village of Sedgeford, Field View offers a wonderful blend of comfort and style that will leave you with a truly memorable holiday experience of this wild part of the North Norfolk Coast. Four fabulously spacious bedrooms await, each equipped with superb bedding and served by three bathrooms. Quiet, yet ideally placed in Sedgeford, Field View is a great option for cyclists and walkers that wish to explore the Roman Peddars Way or prehistoric Iceni Way.

For those who prefer the beach or shops, Field View is situated only a short drive from the popular destinations of Hunstanton, Brancaster and Burnham Market.

The property is configured over three floors. The large inviting sitting room and the kitchen/diner on located on the ground floor. Each provides direct access to the enclosed rear garden, making it safe space for children play while you get to relax nearby. All bedrooms are located on the first and second floors ensuring peace and quiet, and a good night's sleep. The master bedroom features an ornate Flemish bed, and an impressive en suite bathroom boasting superb views over the fields from the comfort of the tub. A truly peaceful place to stargaze with a glass of wine.

Field View also provides several carefully considered, excellent spaces for your group to gather in. The spacious open plan kitchen/dining room is an ideal set up where enthusiastic chefs can entertain. The sitting room hosts plentiful comfortable seating around the large Smart television. Both rooms open out into the enclosed rear garden where the ample garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue invite you to dine al fresco. The accompanying sun-loungers are a popular destination in this south-facing garden. Ideal for guests who want a quiet moment to soak up some rays.

To the front of the property, Field View offers off-road parking for the group. The property is set back from the road, but do be aware that this front area is not enclosed.
