This property is great for large families or group getaways but please be advised that this is not a Party House. If you are looking to Host a large party, this is not the place. - The Pond adds to the beautiful view but we don't advise swimming in it and if water levels are really low in the summer, the pond can be very shallow or even dry out. Also if there is a heavy rainfall, it will have a beautiful little waterfall that flows into a creek.

- strictly NO refunds will be issued for any unavailable amenities, power outages, water shortages, flooding, snow, nearby construction, or mandatory evacuations ordered by local authorities due to hurricanes or other events considered acts of God or nature.
