Amazing
Ken was an amazing host. I loved my stay - and he was so responsive to all of my needs. The place is a great walk to the beach - and a perfect place for my birthday weekend. I highly recommend and will stay again the next time I am in Huntington Beach. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed at this property with a friend for a music festival on the beach. We were close enough to walk back when we couldn't find an uber (about 1.5 miles). The property was exactly as described - it was perfect for the two of us. The studio is in a quiet residential neighborhood, very clean and had plenty of towels, hair dryer, etc. Very comfortable firm bed. Ken was super responsive to my questions and we had zero issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Booked 2 weeks stay, this room is small be under no estimations. Access is through your toilet and shower room, laundry facilities are shared with the owner and his family so finding free time can be difficult. Off road parking which is good. If you want to spend a day on the beach its not a quick walk with all your drinks/towels etc. Main street is a great place for evening meals. Made sure we spent as much time outside of the annexe as possible. I always read peoples feedback prior to booking and was surprised to compare reviews to the actual place.

Great getaway!

Outstanding!
This property is in a great location, close to the beach and close to downtown HB. You can easily walk or bike to both. The property is well stocked and the owner is super friendly and responsive. This is a great basecamp for one or two people when visiting OC.
