The location is unbeatable. It is short walking distance to several shops and restaurants, with easy driving access to many local restaurants and attractions.Don't miss this cute house in the heart of Madison, AL!

Guests can enjoy the entire house to themselves, equipped with 3 bedrooms, two full baths, two large living spaces, and a full kitchen and dining area. There are 2 TVs (we do not have cable - but all major streaming apps are loaded with many shows and movies of your choosing). There is a spacious sunroom full of books and toys that opens up to a large covered back porch with a concrete pad for grilling and a spacious enclosed back yard, perfect for the little ones! We are right in the heart of Madison City, in very close proximity to the interstate leading you swiftly to Huntsville International Airport, Downtown Madison and Huntsville, the Space and Rocket Center, Towne Madison and the Trash Pandas stadium, Orion amphitheater, the VBC, Research Park, Redstone Arsenal, the Botanical Gardens, and many state parks and hiking trails, and local breweries.

We are within walking distance to Just Love Coffee, a soon-to-be icecream shop, many cute shops, Jack's Burgers and Fries, and Ace Hardware.

We are a very short drive to several grocery stores, pharmacies, many local breweries, more cute shops, salons and spas, and outdoor shopping centers.

Issues but all resolved satisfactorily

Contacted owner regarding TV, resolved with one call.Smart Home monitor was chirping with 5 errors. Contacted owner. Tried numerous times to resolve all issues as the chirping would stop, but resume in a few hours. Owner had to eventually contact the service company for additional instructions. Owner finally came over after 3 days and removed the monitor from the wall.Toilets and showers all backed up. Tried to plunge with no success. Owner sent plumber within 4 hours (we were going out anyway). Problem resolved.Owner was very responsive and kind throughout these issues. All were resolved to our satisfaction.

Relaxing weekend get away

Relaxing weekend with dear friend. Enjoyed covered back porch especially when it was raining. Very convenient to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and gracious for allowing a later checkout that I requested. The only recommendations I would have would be to have bath towels available in master bathroom versus walking into hall bath to retrieve, a lamp In the den and extra bedrooms and wine glasses. Otherwise everything was as expected. Thanks so much!

The house was very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t spend a lot of time enjoying it. We were in town for a family reunion and our schedule was tight. Nonetheless, it was a perfect stay.

Nice floorplan for family of adults or with children

Quiet neighborhood and plenty of seating for our stay. The two sofas were nice for hanging with our young adult children. We enjoyed the deck and firepit out back also. Have stayed here twice as we love the yard and firepit.

Quiet neighborhood

Our stay was quiet and restful. Any concerns we had were promptly answered. Great communication with host. House was very spacious and comfortable! We had everything we needed. We loved the bathroom decor and the kid space. Easy access instructions. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our first time trip to Huntsville.

Disappointed

The house had a very bad odor. It was dirty in the sink and tubs. Only 5 wash rags even though it supposed to sleep 11 people. There were broken sockets and fire came out when I plugged my charger. Also broken window and no blinds up in the dining room, where the broken window was. We were only there for 36 hours but for over $500 you would expect cleanliness, not sour smell through the house and all the broken stuff. Also the pictures showed more beds and places to sleep which were not accurate and also complimentary coffee but it was not single serve, it was used with no telling whose hands had been in it and on top of that all hygiene and toilet paper were already used as well. Typically in other short term rentals I stayed in they were packaged and brand new to open. We had our own but was still taken back by that.

Quiet Madison home

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. As pictured. Home needs instruction manual with TV and check out directions. Couldn't get TV stick to work. Log in was locked. Arrived for a 3 night weekend stay and outside garbage can was full. Pulled it to street hoping for City pick up, not knowing the schedule. Home could use indoor pest service. Spiders in ceiling corners.

comfortable nice house

Great location, nice house, easy to get comfortable in. No problems with communications with owners. In a perfect world, the kitchen could of had a better supply of pots and pans but we still were able to cook dinner for our crew and had fun doing it.

Graduation family get together

I rented this property to have one place for my family to stay for my sons university graduation. It was so nice to have a home to celebrate in. The place was just as advertised with a fenced yard for the younger members to play in, good parking and space for us all to visit and relax. This was a good choice for our family celebration.
