Room is smaller than most hotel rooms. Only other item of note was that the carpet at the doorway was frayed and pulling up. The room was quiet, clean and the bed comfortable. However, it was perfectly adequate for our purpose which was to avoid having to get up at 2:30AM to make our 5:08AM flight. It's not really meant to be used as a long term stay hotel. Quick check in and check out.

Made flying out the next morning on an early, early flight a joy. Down the elevator to flight check in. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Even the security officer was a jewel.

Stayed one night to make early morning flight the next day. Convenience is paramount! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would prefer an earlier checking availability than 3:00 pm. For closer on room door set to string for seniors. Could barely open door and handle luggage while entering. Needs serious adjustment.

The property is the best location for flying out of Huntsville. It definitely is in need of a major update though. The carpet is tired. The bathroom is cramped and a little dirty in the nooks and crannies. It is a shabby look for business travelers and visitors to Huntsville especially with Space Command locating there.

This is incinvely a nd stressfully laid out with NO CLEAR DIRECTIONS on how to use the hotel, rental car return and airport if you are HANDICAPPED or have LIMITED MOBILITY. Very, very stressful. This needs to be addressed.

Well the toilet seat was dirty once I arrived and the bathroom needed a redo, it seemed like it was used so nice there was dried pee on the seat. I didn’t make a fuss since I work in the same industry. The everything else was good. The bed had some black lint scattered over the pillows as well. But t besides the bathroom and pillows. I got my wake up call and good sleep before my flight.
