This property was close to another reservation that my party was staying at the cost was less than what they were paying but I did enjoy the room. The last time I stayed at La Quinta Inn I had a terrible experience and no one never reached out to me after my incident. I was reluctant to stay at another La Quinta Inn, because the situation never was addressed, wasn’t sure if that was part of the policy of La Quinta Inn .

The people at the office was very nice and helpful but the guests around the building made me feel unsafe or maybe thy were not guess i don't know. The room had bugs but the bedding was very clean.

Customer service OUTSTANDING!! The room was ok, except water rising up from the floor tile n 121 and the phones n neither room 121 or 151 worked.

Was not able to check in before 3 pm even though the room was prepaid. Because of business we could not check in until 9:30 pm. With only one other customer ahead of us it took over twenty minutes to be served. The next morning we woke to find the room filled with ants. The sidewalk from the parking lot to the room had been used as a bathroom by pets and looked like it had been there for days. My wife and I had only one towel for the two of us. They provided in room coffee, but only one cup. No other amenities at the front desk. The whole property was in terrible condition. If we were not forced to check in so late we would have looked for another place to stay

I already booked room they gave me keys. When I went back to hotel to go to bed they told me I had to pack up and leave and never come back and never gave me a reason for anything. I had my 3 kids with me and they were very tired but I still had to go. I don’t understand why they let me book the room if they wanted me to leave without telling me why. Kayla Christensen the General manager is not professional and I was harassed all the time by their employees always knocking on my door asking am I staying over and this happened everyday by 4-5 employees a day. I was even stared down by an employee for whatever reason and they should act professional not ignorant!!!
