My necklace got stolen the lady is hateful didn't want to look for it I got put off theirs bed bugs and internet doesn't work wash machines doesn't work The biggest they steal

The room was extremely dirty. Roaches on the floor, paint on floor, not swept. Shower floor nasty and stained. Had to stand on towel in shower. Outlets on nightstand did not work. Sink sprayed water at you when turned on.

The people working here are amazing but the amenities were not functioning. No ice was closed. Door to my room did not shut fully at the top and the bottom just at one or the other handicap accessible shower. Had the shower installed out of reach facilities were dirty, no rails near the handicap accessible toilet for transferring. And the non-smoking room had an ashtray upon ride and cigarette burns on the comforter
