Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all sheets and place on the floor in the downstairs bathroom. Place all used and wet towels in the downstairs bath tub. LEAVE ALL BEDSPREADS AND QUILTS ON THE BEDS. We wash those once a month.
Remove all leftover food from cookware and wash pans. Place dirty dishes inside dishwasher and start.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Tammy and Jim are 10 host. House was spacious and CLEAN..We come to the area twice a year for the past 3 years to ride side by side; this house is the BEST.Plenty of room for our group of 8 and family thanksgiving dinner Everything you need is there ...The gas fireplaces were a bonus And let's talk about Tammy's fresh homemade banana pecan bread...yummy !!! And what a nice gesture. We will be back

The Best

Mrs Tammy really went above and beyond. She fixed us a full breakfast one morning, baked us banana apple bread and gave us a quart of delicious homemade apple butter spread to top it all off.The residence was clean and had plenty of parking for our trailers and side by sides. They even provided us split firewood, which topped off a wonderful visit. I am extremely pleased and would strongly recommend..

Wonderful historical house!

Several friends stayed to ride Brimstone Trails. It was great location to trails. House has everything you need and plenty of room. Home owner lives close by and super friendly! Will use again.
