"Suite 102 in Madison" is a keyless entry, 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath "Smart Home". The living room has a flat screen TV, plenty of space for relaxing, movie/game night or preparing for tomorrow's meeting. Kitchen is equipped w/ dishes, coffee maker, kuerig, and appliances. The bedrooms are located upstairs with a queen bed, full bath in each. Command to change lighting, music (upstairs and downstairs), and tv. Washer/dryer and dishwasher inside suite. Also includes a two-car reserved parking space.

The space
This location is very close to the Huntsville International Airport (4.2 miles), minutes to/from Toyota Field Stadium, Home of the “Trash Pandas”, Space & Rocket Center, Redstone Arsenal, Toyota Plant, convenient to shopping, dining establishments, entertainment, and interstate 565/65.

Guest access
Entire townhouse belongs to you. Washer/Dryer inside townhouse. Dishwasher also available. Private spacious backyard with seating, outdoor ceiling fan, firepit and BBQ grill.

Convenient

We needed to adjust our dates about a week out and the the host was very accommodating! Love that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Cleanliness was an issue but the host said she would rectify that from here on out. Be aware: the train will literally be stopped on the tracks at the corner of Front St & Sullivan St for a long time, preventing access to the house if traveling N on Sullivan- you will have to drive back out to County Line Rd. (Wonder if theres a schedule for that?!) Despite being close to tracks and airport, it was still pretty quiet. Didn't have time for the firepit but love that it was all fenced off out back for privacy.

This is exactly what we were looking for. Nothing extravagant but a place that was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. Our son recently moved to Madison and we just wanted a place where we could all gather for Thanksgiving.

It was just as described and had everything we needed. Having en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms was very nice. Property was clean and well kept, everything worked. Property owner was pleasant and welcoming!

Trip to visit family

It was quiet, cozy, and private. We had a very easy check-in with the door code, as we arrived very late after driving hundreds of miles. The beds were cozy, the sheets, towels, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean. The entire condo was neat and tidy. Someone really put their heart into decorating, as well, and I appreciate that. The location was convenient in correlation to all of our family that is spread out in northern Alabama, so it was easy to drive and visit them. We enjoyed our stay so much more than if we rented hotel rooms!

Great place!

We loves this place. Everything was so comfortable from the beds to the oversized couch. Snack, coffee and bottled water were a great surprise. The location is great and close to everything and the owner is so easy to deal with and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and cozy VRBO in Madison!

We absolutely loved our stay at Francetta’s place in Madison. This townhouse was so clean and immaculate. The furnishings were so fun and cute with Auburn Tigers and Alabama Crimson Tide decorations. We were so happy that the townhouse had two and a half bathrooms! Francetta provided plenty of coffee for us with both a coffee pot and keurig pods. There was a beautiful outdoor porch area where you could sit in privacy and enjoy the nice weather. Each bedroom in the house and the main living room had up to date televisions. She had placed beautiful Easter decorations out on the dining room table and when I commented on them to her she invited us to go ahead and bring some of the Easter eggs to our grandchildren. Luke and Jack loved the candy surprise inside each egg! Francetta went above and beyond in communicating with us - she always said “ please let me know if there is anything I can do for you”. We felt very at home and comfortable in our stay at her place. I definitely recommend Francetta’s VRBO for a quiet and relaxing stay!

My home away from home!!!

I've been using vrbo for well over 10 years. This townhouse was top 3! The attention to detail was so thoughtful even down to the Poopourri already being in the toilets! I know, TMI! LOL Anyway, the beds were super comfortable and there was even snacks and a coffee station! Miss Frencetta was very attentive to all questions! We will definitely be back!
