The front desk staff was amazing. However the cleaness of the room needs some work. Linens were dirty we had to change our sheets and under the bed has not been cleaned in months

Room was clean & comfortable. Coffee pot wasn’t clean from previous guests. No condiments for coffee. Asked front desk for cream for coffee, they couldn’t find any. Asked front desk for more towels, made excuse for housekeeping not being there and she would have to launder some. Later that evening got some towels from different receptionist. No wifi entire stay. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The stay was great, we checked in online, when we arrived at the location, everything was ready to go. The room was very clean, very convenient for an extended stay. We ate at local restaurants and also bought a few groceries to cook at the property. We were fortunate to park near a staircase leading to the parking lot, so it was easy to wake up, grab what we needed and head to the car. The staff was friendly and helpful and check out went without a hitch with Ms. Sherry. I hope to stay again when I’m back in the Huntsville area.
