"The owner was extremely friendly and assured us that he would supply all the necessities, such as sheets, pillows, and other basic items. The room was overall in good condition, and the location was quite convenient, with a parking space included. That said, the floor underneath the sofa was noticeably dirty, and the surface of sofa wasn’t clean, and because the room is in the basement, the air felt somewhat heavy. "

"Overall our stay was great. I felt safe the entire time we were there, especially not knowing the area at all. Obie was great and pleasant to talk to when an issue came up. "

"Everything went smoothly. Checking in was simple and questions answered promptly. Very clean and beautiful space. Nice location easy to get to stores and restaurants. Hour drive to wine country with plenty of wineries to chose from. Absolutely a prefect place to stay and relax."

"Location is great and private. Port Clinton station was a 10 minute drive to get downtown. The house had plenty of room for our party. The 3 star rating is due to the furniture and interior of the property. The white couch in the living room was peeling, the island chairs were beat up, and the outside grill was unusable due to rust. There were other cosmetic issues as well but those were the top 3 to call out.This property is defiantly just a property and not a home away from home. If this place got a bit of love and updating, it would definitely great place to return to."
