Lots of space

The room is a one bedroom apt which gave us lots of space. The furnishings are clean but an eclectic mix. If they would switch out the bedroom headboard and nightstand to something newer it would go a long way to making the rooms more current. Bed was comfortable and the bed linens were really nice, however they need to have an extra blanket available.

The suites were well equipped and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we checked in about 45 minutes early and they made sure the room was ready. The bathrooms were clean even though the inn is starting to show its age. The suite itself was immaculate all the kitchen cupboards looked very clean, handy for someone looking for a longer stay. Nice to see in suite laundry and a nice full size fridge.

The hotel is in a great location outside Toronto. It is next to the lake, a shopping district with lots of restaurant options & walking distance to the train that goes to Toronto. Quiet, nice outlook, good kitchen facilities & a cimfy bed.

Warm hospitality is lacking; check in, coming in & out of hotel. States breakfast is included but not available as restaurant is permanently closed. Minimal amenities in the room. Full kitchen but hard pressed to find anything other than a few glases & plates. On the plus side there are numerous restaurants to choose from within walking distance & the marina is a beautiful place for a walk

Lovely clean by kitchen has very few supplies not even a serrated knife , no pots , or cooking vessels only a few plates , glasses and dull flatware

The hotel is in a great location. However there is a bar that has an outdoor band playing until midnight right next door and the walls of the hotel are SO THIN it sounds like the band is in the room. And we were on the top floor. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. Literally just had plates, cups and a few utensils. Nothing else. Balcony had many broken tiles.

Loved the greeting, beautiful view. Bed confortable and place clean. The bathroom needs to be taken care of, not very well renovated, the bath toptop is loose and no silicone. Beds were comfy. Nothing special about the room- big- looked out onto a roof with air conditioners. Lots of restaurants to walk to and waterfront trail is nice too. We ate at snug harbour on the water and it was a nice view and food was pretty good.
