Pet friendly for my service dog, lady who cleaned rooms on our floor knew we had a service animal and caught us in hallway to offer fresh towels etc. vitamin drops in lobby for water is genius

We stayed for two nights. The beds were comfy, linen soft and plush. The complimentary water and vitamin drops were a welcome addition. The mall is close by as well as many Indian restaurants.

Sadly, the hotel are refusing to honour their 24hr cancellation policy and have charged me despite me emailing them to cancel my stay four days in advance. Leaves me forced to do a chargeback so my advice would be don’t book this unless you KNOW you are going to stay there
