Amazing Hurricane homebase

This place exceeded expectations for our family. It was so nice and comfortable for our family after our more adventurous days tuckered us out!! I did not receive any communication other than the posted check-in / out process. We did not have any problems, but note a lack of communication could have been a challenge if we did.

Wonderful place to stay and have access to explore ZNP.We were bummed the hot tub was not open after our say on the park Thursday. We knew the pool was to be closed for maintenance, but were told the hot tub would be available.

The townhome was perfect size for a family vacation. Large kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. The community pool and hot tub were very nice and conveniently close. The ping pong table and optional scooters were fun. We enjoyed the stay.

Great basecamp for Zion with kids

We thoroughly enjoyed using this house for daytrips into the park (both the main Zion site and Kolob). Having the pool with 1ft zones and a lazy river made afternoons in the heat just the enjoyable outside time we were hoping for. A ping pong table was an extra surprise too. The house was and smelled very clean. Thanks!

We loved everything about this condo. Our family of four included my husband, myself and our two kids (19 and 20). First and foremost, it was super clean upon arrival. Everything was just as it was described in the listing. We booked this condo specifically for its proximity to Zion. We had most of our meals at the house so having a grill was perfect. The neighborhood was super quiet and well kept. Owners were kind and quick to respond to any of our needs. Would 100% book again.

Lovely townhome, responsive host

The townhome was lovely and well equipped. It was convenient to our day trips to Zion and Bryce (and Ivins, UT) but within 2 hours of the LAS airport. The clubhouse and pool were nice but fairly overwhelmed with too many people in the evening (at least during our July week). We had one hiccup at check-in, but the host was immediately responsive and resolved the issue quickly and fully.

Great Location, Close to Zion

Overall, the property was great. The unit was very close to the clubhouse which was great. We'd spend the mornings/early afternoons hiking at Zion and then go to the pool area afterwards. Kids loved the pool area and adults loved the hot tub. Our unit was clean and well equipped for kids with plenty of board games, ping pong table, pool floaties and electric scooters. The only few things for us were that the beds were very soft (personal prefernce for a firmer mattress) and that the smoke detector was very sensitive, every time we made bacon, it would set off the sensor, so we would have to keep the front and back door open while cooking. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

Fantastic family townhouse with lots of space!

We had a great trip to Zion and this townhouse was a wonderful spot to relax after busy days at the Park. Easy access to grocery store. Pool was nice and hot tub was useful after a busy day hiking. Ages 15-55 and everyone was happy.

Good central location

Inside of property was clean and well equipped. We were nervous at first because there was a lot of garbage in the front planters on the walk up to the property- so we were nervous about what the inside would look like. The inside was nice and we had no issues with anything in the home. We enjoyed the check out process- simply take out trash and start dishwasher. This was so easy in comparison to several homes we’ve stayed in. We appreciated this as all vrbo places have a cleaning fee so if we are paying a fee our part should be minimal. The pool area could definitely use some maintenance- you can tell it is well used. My son used it and loved it. Rules are not enforced and other guests let their kids go wild and fill the hot tub (nightly) one night we counted 22 kids in the hot tub- when the sign says 6, and no one under 5 allowed. The pool is said to be “heated” but it was very very chilly. You couldn’t stay in it long, in the month of March, without having to get out to warm up. The rental comes with tons of pool toys, scooters, table tennis- we didn’t use any of it as we were busy exploring the area- but it all looked in good condition! We would stay there again.
