Great hotel.

This hotel is wonderful. The location is so good. It is peaceful and relaxing. Having your own beachfront was wonderful. The views are gorgeous. We enjoyed a few days here mid holiday and it was a wonderful break. Theres not a lot in the town but this resort is worth staying at. You can walk to town but not with bags ifv it's hot. Only negative was the price of taxis to town and lack of uber. ( not the hotels fault)

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect - far enough away from town to feel secluded but just a short walk to the main square. The private sea access was amazing; we spent a full day just staying at the hotel. The included breakfast was also delicious. Overall, highly recommend!!!

The rooms are maybe a little outdated but there big, clean and the beds were comfy. Great views of the balcony’s and the beach air was great. Lots of loungers and the provide you with beach towels. It’s a bit of a walk into town about 20 min not to bad,

Gorgeous hotel with fabulous ocean views

Hotel Podstine is right on the ocean so swimming is right at your doorstep. The ocean is at the lowest level so you have to either take the stairs or elevator down. The room was very comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the ocean and Pakleni islands. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was large and delicious, with good vegan selections. The hotel was a bit too far from Hvar town center. It took us 20 minutes to walk at a good pace. It was a nice walk on the promenade by the ocean, though, and then 100 steps up to a small road and another few minutes to the hotel. Although it was nice to be away from the noise of the town, I would have chosen a hotel that was a 10-12 minute walk down the promenade.

The reception staff, Adriana and the manager Branco were very accommodating. Our room did not have air conditioning for a day and a half and once fixed we were given a lovely dinner with drinks at the hotel. The layout is a little bit difficult for anyone with mobility issues. It would be helpful as we arrived in the town of Havar to have a luggage pickup as part of the hotel offerings.

Great breakfast, Amazing restaurant service for dinner. Beautiful, relaxing beach area…the Wi-Fi is in and out. The bed was uncomfortable. And most of the standard rooms are in separate building. Overall was a great stay. Don’t forget to feed and pet the cat💕

A little piece of paradise

Loved everything about this hotel from when you walked into reception to the amazing view ahead. It has a very relaxed vibe but yet the service is very good. Loved the location of sunbeds and the menu for lunch and dinner is perfect and so tasty, really no need to leave the hotel for anything other than sightseeing. I will definitely be back .

We had a wonderful stay at Podstine! This hotel is a 20 minute walk into town but you are walking right along the beautiful coast… the staff are very friendly and welcoming! We would definitely stay here again!
