The contemporary feel of kitchen /great room offers room for gathering with dining, flat screen TV, and pond views! The oversized family room has wood floors, a fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and is surrounded by water views and sunsets. The family room can also be used as a 4th sleeping room with a queen sleeping sofa by closing the French doors and using the sofa pullout. Property has been recently upgraded with new carpets, paint, appliances, kitchen, furnace, and more. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and rolling lawn to the water.
