OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We want your stay to be seamless. Here's what you need to know:
Check-in & Communication
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Your full check-in instructions, property address, and house rules will be sent via email before your arrival. Our team responds quickly and is available throughout your stay — just reach out.
Before You Arrive — Required Steps
To complete your reservation, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement and complete ID verification prior to arrival. These steps will be sent to you via email after booking and must be completed before check-in instructions are released.
Security Hold & Damage Waiver
In lieu of a traditional security deposit, a temporary security hold of $999 will be placed on your credit card at check-in. This is a pending transaction only — not a charge — and is released after checkout provided the home is left in good condition.
As an alternative, you may opt into a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company for $49. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay and is available for purchase after booking. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
Supplies & Amenities
We provide a two-day starter supply of essentials: dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. For longer stays, plan to pick up additional supplies locally. WiFi is available throughout the home; if you use streaming services, make sure you're logged into your own accounts.
Outdoor & Property Use
The firepit is available for use — please check the current county burn ban status before lighting it, as Texas drought conditions occasionally restrict outdoor burning. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please use only the designated parking areas on the property.
Climate & Pests
Set the A/C no lower than 72°F to keep the system running efficiently. Bugs are a natural part of Hill Country living — we maintain regular pest control, but some insects are simply part of the environment out here.
Pets & Smoking
This property's pet policy is listed in the amenities. If pets are not listed as permitted, please do not bring them — unauthorized pets result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee. This is a strictly non-smoking property (indoors and outdoors). Please also leave the confetti and glitter at home — cleanup fees apply.
After Your Stay
Any issues with your stay should be reported to our team within 72 hours of checkout. We appreciate you choosing Stay Texas and hope to have you back.
