The bright and perfectly laid-out flat consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160x200) and direct access to a superb terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and Porquerolles — the ideal place for al fresco dining or relaxing while enjoying the panorama.

On the ground floor, you will find a modern shower room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a closed, air-conditioned mezzanine houses the sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a child's bed (90x190), offering peace and comfort, particularly appreciated by families.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, you also have access to the residence's swimming pool and a private parking space, a real asset on the Giens peninsula.
