A fishing license is required and then you can try your luck at catching and possibly bring home fresh fish. You can also visit High Chaparral or Store Mosse National Park and experience nature on the beautiful hiking trails. There are challenging golf courses in Hyltebruk, Halmstad and Isaberg.

In winter you can reach the ski resort Isaberg after a longer drive. On the other hand, you will find a cross-country skiing trail with floodlights just a few kilometers away.
