Noisy room
We were kept awake by the constant humming of the boiler below our room. We thought it was the bathroom fan but when questioned they said the boiler affects 2 rooms. No offer to change rooms was made. Do not have room 106 unless you like a bit of noise.

Great stay for the second time.
We love it here. The views are excellent. Only a 3 star but we have no problems. Evening meals are great, breakfast is to be avoided. It could do with a maintenance man on the outside: could do with painting in places and needs some gardening. As it is, it is fine but could be outstanding with not much effort. We will be going back.

Not happy atall wont be going back
The hotel stunk of curry all weekend even the fresh towels we got delivered to the door stunk to the point we had the window open all weekend and heaters on. On arrival the receptionist demanded £50 a night deposit. When using the shower the toilet backed up and had water on the floor the net curtains were missing on the balcony type room and windows covered in bird poo not happy atall
