The first impression of this hotel was not great. The area behind the check-in counter was dirty, cluttered with empty and unopened boxes, and the cooler keeping things cold had dirty rags collecting what was obviously the remnants of a leak somewhere. That being said, our room was very clean.

It was alll in all quite nice. The one drawback was the tub. It looked like they had been doing maintenance on the drain but neglected to clean the tub out afterwards.

Breakfast was hot and excellent choices. Eggs, sausauge, potatoes, yogurt, etc. Hot coffee cookies. Beds/Rooms were clean Pool and hottub were clean Safe area - Sushi and Hibatchi next door best atmosphere and staff We ended up with car trouble and got stranded. Our initial 1 night turned into 3 nights -The manager Lisa and her staff were more than helpful, accomidating and went way above and beyond to help us. They made a very stressful time... enjoyable! The people in this community are outstanding! I CAN NOT offer as many stars as they deserve. Absolute blessing!

Liked our comfortable clean room, liked our breakfast. Did not like that the hot tub was out of order. I have arthritis, and the hot tub really helps with soreness.

Mediocre stay

Front desk staff was curt and rude when asked simple questions. Dont remember staff name but was a man who looked like a girl. Was not friendly and then didn’t correctly program room keys and had to go back to front desk. They then acted put out and bugged that they had to reprogram the key cards. Room was comfortable and clean but the rest of hotel was horribly dirty! Hallway floors were stained and covered in particles of food, debris etc. looked like carpets hadn’t been shampooed or vacuumed for great while. Overall appearance was dirty and unkept.
