The hotel itself was older but clean. My biggest issue with the icy parking lot. I was very fearful of falling. I tried to tell someone at the front desk this morning and no one was around. The rate was cheap and I would stay there again, but if they don't do better on snow removal, they are likely to have someone old, like me, fall and sue them.
