Located within walking distance from the charming resort town of Marielyst and its family-friendly beach, the house offers a plethora of amenities. The property boasts a large wellness area, complete with a 22 m2 pool, water slide, whirlpool, and sauna, promising endless hours of fun for all ages. The house also features a well-equipped activity room, perfect for friendly competitions in billiards, table football, air hockey, table tennis, or darts. The activity room also houses a sports bar with a fridge, flat-screen TV, and PlayStation 3. The kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining and living areas, provides ample space for communal cooking. The living area, equipped with a wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, is perfect for cozy evenings in. Sleeping arrangements are spread across eight bedrooms and two lofts, one of which has a flat-screen TV. For younger guests, the outdoor area offers a sandbox, a play tower, a climbing wall, and swings. The house underwent a renovation in spring 2014.
