We propose you to rent, on the Ile-aux-Moines, this charming house, with sea view, at 50m from the beach, of a surface of 80 m² and which can welcome up to 4 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room, an open fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a terrace and a beautiful garden. Wifi, we are waiting for you!

The housing exposed West East is composed as follows:

On the first floor :
- An entrance with cupboard.
- A very bright living room with TV, sofas, coffee table and dining area. A pellet stove is available during the winter months.
- An open plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with Italian shower and semi open WC.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×190).

By booking this house, you will be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay:
- A beautiful garden of about 150 m² fully enclosed and vegetated with sea view.
- A raised terrace facing West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, washing machine, iron, barbecue.

The house is ideally located in Île-aux-Moines, in a very pleasant environment within the district of Port Miquel, 15 minutes walk from the port and 200 m from the town. You can enjoy nearby all the essential shops but also stores, restaurants, bars, market ...

Activities :
After fishing and swimming on one of the 5 beautiful beaches of the island, we meet in the village to stroll in the beautiful streets of the Grimpette, the Forge or the Corsairs. A plate of oysters on a terrace in the shade of a fig tree, then, we mount a bike to go down to the Pointe du Nioul by the circuit of Penhap, sown with megaliths. The dream of a beautiful day does not end here: it starts again, on the contrary, in front of the sublime panorama which opens on the Gulf of Morbihan!

- Ferry Company Izenah from Port Blanc to Ile au Moine (5 minutes by ferry, ferries every 10 minutes from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 10 pm in July and August)
- Auray train station located at 16 km (21 minutes by car) from Port Blanc and Vannes train station at 18 km (22 minutes by car)
- Lorient Bretagne Sud airport located 61.1 km (45 minutes by car) from Port Blanc.
- As an island without cars, it is complicated to circulate by car on the island, it will be necessary to privilege the bicycle.
- There are 4 bike rental companies on the island, remember to bring your locks!
