Ile d'Aix - Fisherman's house close to beaches (5 p)
Ideally located in a beautiful listed street of the island, you will be quiet in the heart of the village while being 3 minutes walk from the port and shops and 5 minutes from two beautiful beaches, one of which is monitored. The island is without a car, everything is done on foot.
The house is bright, comfortable and well equipped, cool in summer and well heated in winter (insert). It is very pleasant to live in any season because it benefits from several spaces of life between the open space of 40 m2 with the big stay and its opened kitchen, the private garden in front of the house - where one takes the aperos and one dines the evening, the courtyard at the back - ideal for breakfast and lunch, and the cellar - converted into a video room for rainy days.
The house is located in a classified street of the Island close to several beaches (200 m for one, 300 m for the other), shops (50 m), the port, the nautical club and shops. museums. In summer you will even find a small outdoor nightclub at 2000 m from the house (Bois joli).
Specifically, on the ground floor an open space with a living room, a dining area with its beautiful oak table, a desk and an open kitchen; a bathroom with an Italian shower, WC apart, a small courtyard in the back (you can eat at 4) and a private garden in front of the house (you can eat at 6). In the basement, a cellar converted into a video room (no TV connection). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a large bed (1m60 / 2m00) and which can accommodate an umbrella bed (that we put at your disposal with its mattress), the other with two single beds (0m90 / 2m00 ), each with a closet and a window. Note that the bedding is new and quality. The sofa of the living room is convertible into a double bed (1m40 / 1m90). Outdoor equipment is available (garden chairs, folding tables and chairs). The house is well heated in winter. Duvets, 6 pillows (0m65 / 0m65) and polar blankets are available in sufficient numbers. You will need to bring your sheets and towels. There is no wifi connection, we use for this the option "connection sharing" of our smartphones. No access to TV channels either. It's a choice.
Swimming, fishing, walks and bike rides, water sports and conviviality are on the menu of your stay on the island without cars, paradise for children but also adults!
