A patio table and seating outside on the terrace are the perfect spot for al fresco dining.
Explore Ilfracombeâs famous, man-made Victorian Tunnels, leading to hidden beaches and make the steep climb to the historic St Nicholas Chapel, a working lighthouse said to be the oldest in the country. Enjoy the wonderfully eclectic collection housed in the townâs museum and take a stroll around the harbour. From here you can embark on an exhilarating wildlife cruise or voyage out to the National Trustâs Lundy Island. Head for the rugged cliffs surrounding Ilfracombe to see spectacular views along the South West Coast Path. Discover the wild beauty of Exmoor National Park (11 miles) or have a beach day on the golden sands of Woolacombe Bay (6 miles).

Had to check in after 7.00pm. No parking had to park in town in pouring rain and walk with luggage half a mile to property. No hot water cooker didnt work. Owner was contacted first thing monday to inform him of problems. We couldnt move the car for fear of loosing a space. and had to top up the ticket every 4 hous as no free parking in Ilfracome.. Owner is renting out flat above with a lady with a small child. Banging all day long child running up and down above our heads and riding a toy car up and down hallway above. Informed owner Luke. He said he has had many complaints about this yet it continued all through our stay. Luke was told about the Cooker and installed a nother (Through Covid May I add.)
To top all this our apartment bell rang at 5.00amThursday morning for the girl upstares That topped it for us we left that morning and went home. I contacted Marsdens who have our details and problems. We are looking for a refund as our holiday was a total nightmare. This Apartment looks fine but you have to live there to know the real story. We want a refund This apartment had a framed 4 star certificate on the wall what a joke. I wouldnt give the place a 1. We wont be going there again it has totaly spoiled it for us. We were so looking forward to getting away. Should have stayed at home.
