We are STEPS from Gas Lamp, East Village, Ballpark, and a 10-minute walk to the convention center.

Views, you ask? Fabulous floor to ceiling windows PLUS a 400 square foot terrace with sweeping city views and a firepit.

This is a spacious, Designer decorated condo, featuring a granet kitchen, washer/dryer, ample storage, rich hardwood floors, 21/2 PARKING SPACES
and1 storage cage.

There is a sizeable master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with an adjoining bath.


We do accept medium/small dogs (sorry, no cats - allergies), which must be pre approved.
