I did not have breakfast. There was no airport Shuttle to the Hotel. I was informed I needed to take a taxi to the Hotel. The Shuttle from the Hotel is only available in the mornings up until 10AM.

The room was clean, and I think the floor was heated somehow, which was appreciated. I also liked the spacious bathroom. Free shuttle service from and to the airport was definitely a selling point.

Main issue was the bed. I believe it was a box spring without a mattress. Maybe if you are used to sleeping on a bed of nails, it might be okay. Temperature control on Korean with no explanation from staff about this. No soap in the bathroom. They provided limited towels, and had to ask for soap and towels. I left for about an hour, but nobody cleaned the room. The one other staff member I saw was watching TV. The description of the site regarding airport pickup and drop-off is misleading. I specifically looked for that when booking and after I paid (non-refundable) it says it only does 5am to 10am. Very deceiving. Guests were noisy. Not exactly the hotels problem, but if people are that loud at 11pm, the hotel must attract a certain type of inconsiderate clientele.

I didn't know there was only one shuttle at 10am. When I checked out at noon, which was the check out time, that's when I new I missed the shuttle. I chose this hotel mostly for the shuttle. Knowing it is only limited service, I probably wouldn't stay here again.
