Great stay in Incline Village
We enjoyed a great stay in Incline Village. The property was nice and as described. Sadly we did not have fresh snow but the upside is that we got to enjoy some great hikes that might otherwise be too snowy.

Beautiful Condo
We had a wonderful stay in Aug-Sept, 2020. The owners really thought of everything. The condo is laid out nicely and includes all the essentials. It’s also beautifully decorated. We loved the feel & it accommodated our party with plenty of space. My only negative (which is not the owner’s fault) is Vacasa did not disclose in advance we would not have access to many of the amenities normally included due to COVID. In fact, the listing said we would have access which is why we chose this location. On a holiday weekend, we spent over 2 hrs trying to get on a public beach. Overall, the condo is great & does include parking. Not sure I would rent through Vacasa again based falsely advertising the amenities that drew us to this location. It appears information online has been updated after our inquiries.

Pine Cone Cottage is absolutely perfect!
This may be one of the cutest places we have ever stayed! Kudos to whoever decorated this charming place! There is plenty of room for a family and the children’s loft is adorable. Very well appointed - kitchen has everything you need and there is a full laundry. Beds are very comfortable with TVs and net flicks access from every room. Bears, pine cones and pine tree decorations give this the perfect cabin feel. This was our first trip to Tahoe and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful condo in incline village!
This is a beautiful, well furnished condo with plenty of amenities. We were a party of 4 (girlfriend, son and daughter) and the space was perfect! The 2 bedrooms are on separate floors, so it gave my daughter (who is in college) her own space to do her own thing. Every room has a flat screen TV (with cable) and the Wi-Fi has a good enough signal to stream or do whatever. Location is great and close to anything you could want in incline village. A short walk to the Hyatt, which has a small casino (Beach access) and places to eat nearby. I recommend trying a small shop directly behind "Austin's" that sells homemade ice cream....the vanilla bean is outstanding!!! The only real con is that the condo is part of a complex that has many residential occupants who can be up all hours of the night. Lucky for us the young renters next door were out with their friends for most of the weekend, so the noise they generated was very infrequent. However, I could see how it could become a problem if circumstances had been different so be advised. Parking was also a bit tight, but other than that we loved our stay! This is a beautiful properties, with comfortable furniture and plenty of amenities! If not for the few small drawbacks this would easily be a 5+ star rental. That being said, we loved our stay in incline village at this property and would definitely stay here again!
