This was a trip for our family reunion. The hotel was terrible we didn’t get any room service during the three day. The elevator didn’t work properly and my son is in a wheelchair? We were on the third floor. We also had bugs in our room that I?

Heat not working and bed bugs

The first night, the heat did NOT work and at 3 am they moved me to another room so I did not really sleep much. The next room I was in had BED BUGS. I found a big one, alive in my bed. I had already showered and I packed up my stuff and RAN out. I was so upset that I threw up in their lobby! Hotels.com did refund my company
