Just 62 miles from the Orlando International Airport, this renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath (sleeping 6) single family home is perfectly situated to enjoy all Florida has to offer. Just one block from the beach, this house has all the amenities you want including a large pool. Everything is modern, including a custom built kitchen with nice appliances and bar stools.

The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom and a TV with Chromecast.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

Chromecast is available so you can cast your favorite Netflix movies and shows right from your cell phone.

You have wireless Internet through out the house and enjoy up to 60 Mbps high speed - fast loading quality Internet.

Screened in porch seats 8 people comfortably and is perfect for your BBQ-evenings in Florida. Of course the lit pool makes your night even cozier.

Perfect house by the beach
This is an excellent property for a relaxing home away from home experience. The house is so clean, comfortable and well organized. You have everything you need. The screened back porch was our favorite part it really opens up the living space and gives you plenty of room. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to the beach.

Great place for a getaway!
Loved our stay! The location was perfect for its closeness to the beach. Was able to roll out of bed and hit the beach within minutes for the sunrise. The house had everything we needed including being able to make our own meals. The screened in porch was nice for eating meals and late night chilling. Pool was great even though a little chilly (but this time of year it kind of made sense). Would stay here again!
