On the website when booking, it states “Pet Friendly” but doesn’t show Cats or Dogs. When I arrived with cats, I was told the place is “absolutely NO cats allowed”. It was 8:00pm and I have to find a place to rest after a long day of driving.

Hello Robert, I do apologize you had a bad experience with us. On the Travelocity website it does say we are pet friendly, but it also say dogs only and to call the hotel if you need more information. Once again I do apologize for any inconvenience. Have a great day!
