Called ahead to let them know I was checking in after midnight. Waited in lobby for 15 minutes along with 2 other guests. I ended up going through the entire back area looking for staff after I called the front desk 3 times. I found a worker who went outside to get the receptionist out of a car to check us in. Terrible service.

I had a wonderful visit to the area. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are plenty of good restaurants and stores within walking distance, so everything you need is within reach. I will come back again!

Our grocery items on top of the table were missing, informed us they were thrown as they were mistaken as "trash". They were obviously not trash and we dispose of our garbage responsibly in the trash bin!

The room was very good. Breakfast took a while to get served even though it didn't seem busy. The bummer was that I left my jacket in the closet and when we went back at the end of the day before we headed home, it had disappeared.
