Our room was on a very busy and noisy street. In addition, the air conditioning unit was so loud that it sounded like you were in a wind tunnel every time it was running. You couldnt even hear the TV over it. Parking was $40 a night in a lot that was five steps from the hotel. They preferred gratuities be made electronically rather than cash and then charged a "convenience" fee for using the online gratuity process.

I choose this property because we had stayed there 2 1/2 years ago for my son’s wedding. The location was great for our visit this time. We went to an event at Gainbridge and spent the rest of our time exploring downtown. There are many good food options in the area. But the property itself needs a very deep cleaning, especially the hall carpets and bathrooms. There appeared to be better options nearby, so I’m not sure we would stay here again.

Good location, not worth the cost or condition.
Rough start with getting passed by twice for valet parking by staff, as I stood there Check in was easy and Sarah was nice. Hotel carpets in the hallway are disgusting, worse than Vegas. Our room was ok, but needs some upgrades. We found out in the morning that the tub was gross and decided not to shower. Breakfast was average. No way this worth the cost however with the location to Bankers life will always drive it. We will explore Indy options next time.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and check-in was quick. The room itself was clean and the street noise barely discernible. The bed sank in in the middle however. The mattress definitely needs replacing (511). The only other thing I disliked was that someone started vacuuming at about 6 AM in the floors above us! This was a Friday morning and we had come from the Central Time Zone, so it felt even earlier to us. The breakfast was a good hotel hot breakfast- scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, juices, waffle maker etc. and was included and served until 10 AM which is nice. Valet parking is really the best option if you're in town for an event and theirs worked seamlessly. If there's not an even, you might be able to get into a ramp for less money. Would definitely stay again! Probably get 2 beds so I'm not rolling into the center of the bed all night with my partner though.
