The staff gave my room to another guest, even though I had called that morning and informed them that I would be checking in late. When I complained about the room, the man at the front desk didn't care. The property grounds were overgrown. The grass was about a foot tall. The bathroom in our room appeared to be updated by the sloppiest handyman they could find. The furniture was worn and needed replacement.
