Easy check in, detailed instructions, great communication & service from host, the house is recently renovated/updated. A/C worked very well, great location for our softball tournament needs between Grand Park & Kokomo. Nice safe neighborhood, close to shopping & Carmel Arts district restaurants.

Clean. Well stocked with kitchen items. Even had coffee pods for Keureg. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, wash cloths, soap and shampoo for five. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner, TVs, dishwasher worked well. Washer/dryer available, but we didn’t use. Quiet neighborhood!!! Would stay here again.

Clean, quiet and beautiful!

This place was perfect for our group. We were in town for the Women’s National wrestling duals held in Westfield. The home was a perfect to relax after a long day of rooting for our team! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe and just at home. Communication with the host was fantastic throughout our stay. Should we be in the area again, we will definitely try to book it!

The property is in a great location. It very central to some of the areas we like the best in Indianapolis, Carmel and Broad Ripple.The rental is listed accurately. The check-in process was easy. We would stay there again.

Quaint and Cozy

A quiet and comfortable stay in this cozy little half-house. The property is one half of a small home and includes two bedrooms and a basement; a backyard, private driveway, a full kitchen and is located very close to the northern border of Indy. Would stay here again.

We got to the location to find out it is a duplex. The place is nice and clean. Need to upgrade on the couches. Upstairs swallows you. Downstairs is stained . Beds were queens, very comfortable Down stairs bed is a full. Could use an upgrade to a full.
