Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

We’re happy to offer early check-in and/or late check-out based on availability. If you’d like to extend your stay on either end, just let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the requested time.

Where is parking permitted?

Parking is only allowed in the garage and the driveway. Maximum of 3 cars. For evenings between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., we ask that you park on the driveway or in the garage. Street parking is not permitted after 2:00 a.m. Citations are issued for overnight parking by the Country Club.

Do we allow pets?

Yes! We welcome your fur babies! A $75.00 fee is assessed per reservation per pet (maximum 2 pets weighing a maximum of 45 lbs each). Dogs are not to be left unattended inside or outside. If you must leave the property without your dog, your dog must be crated in an enclosed crate (not simply a cordoned-off area, a bedroom, the garage, or another closed room). Please bring your pet crate if you anticipate leaving the property without your pet during your stay (we usually have a crate on-site, but do not guarantee its availability or condition. There are several pet stores in the area if you need to purchase a crate. The non-refundable per-pet fee is to be paid before the stay. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by a guest’s pet beyond the pet fee will be charged to the guest. For stays exceeding 5 days, the pet fee increases to $100.00 per stay.

Dogs are not allowed in the pool or on the golf course (the golf course is a privately owned enterprise).

Landscaping

The HOA and the Landscaper will take care of the property on Monday and Thursday

Pool Heating:

Pool heating is available. A 2-night minimum is required. The pool heat rate may vary due to climate conditions and natural gas prices.. Please get in touch with us at least 48 -72 hours before your stay to confirm the cost to heat the pool. The pool will be heated to 85°F daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM—perfect for a relaxing swim during your stay.

Community Spas:

There are three spas within the community available for our guests. The closest spa is .3 miles away and is about a 5 to 6-minute walk from the property.

How often is the pool cleaned?

The pool is usually cleaned 2x per week on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Your peace of mind and the safety of your children are our top priorities. To enhance child safety, pool door alarms are installed to provide an extra layer of security and alert you to any unauthorized access to the pool area. Not engaging the pool alarms is a risk to the guest on record. The Sundance Inn does not assume any liability due to the non-use of the pool alarms.

For outdoor enjoyment, we provide plastic and paper dishware and glasses. Please note that for safety reasons, glass and ceramic items are not permitted near the pool area.

Is the property located on a golf course?

Please note the home is located on a golf course. While our guests are enjoying the views or watching the golfers, please be aware that on occasion, a golfer may hit an errant ball onto our property. Please note we are not responsible for any injuries or damage inflicted by a golfer.

Guests are granted full privileges to enjoy the complete residence, including the house, garage, driveway, pool, spa, patio, and backyard. Furthermore, guests are also provided access to the Lifestyle Center, which boasts a range of amenities such as three pools, spas, a fitness center, bocce ball, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.

Guests who furnished us with their vehicle's license plate information may access the community through any of the three entry/exit points, which are located on Avenue 48, Jackson Street, and Monroe Street.

Relaxing Vacation on Golf Course

My wife and I had a wonderful week staying at Jamie’s home.We were able to have our small dog with us to walk around the neighborhood.The pool was heated and views from the back patio were amazing. We highly recommend staying here to get away from it all .Susan the property manager made sure all of our needs were taken care of.Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.We look forward to coming back.

Great family vacation home

Perfect pool!

The pool was the perfect size for us to lounge and play with a baja ledge & pool chairs, pool floats, and room to swim. We had four adults (guys trip), and the house layout was ideal for us -- we each had our own large defined space and bed separated in different parts of the house. There are three bathrooms which was a nice plus, too. The highlight of our trip was going to Joshua Tree which was just a short drive away. The smart TV in the living room is huge -- perfect to wind down and watch a movie at the end of the day. Will definitely be back. (PS The host was awesome!)

One of the best vacation homes we’ve been in!

Gorgeous home which was well laid out, beautifully furnished and many thoughtful amenities + a lovely heated pool. It was everything we would want in a home to stay in, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The single level home worked well for our family, and there were amenities for our puppy too :). All the blankets were so soft! In a gated community so make sure to enter at the Indian palms security gate. Wonderful place, we would definitely come back!
