Casita comes equipped with a couch that converts to a queen-sized bed (for demonstration video, please check the IKEA website https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/friheten-sleeper-sectional-3-seat-w-storage-bomstad-black-s49216819/?fbclid=IwAR0_hYRj8rW5ANgD7UzfG4N-cfzQSK-8_30OVrFC9FWxeAeTAMRPhXGLtE8), private bathroom and "kitchenette" that includes a new fridge, microwave, new toaster oven & hot plate. Pots/pans, utensils & new dishes provided. New table with with barstools and shelves. Weekly cleaning service available, if desired. Access to pool, jacuzzi, built-in fire pit, covered patio with fan and mini putting green. May discuss access to main house kitchen. Almost 11 yr old Standard Poodle, Balto, is briefly seen in the backyard for short periods of time.
