Entire villa, yard and plantation is surrounded by privet hedges for privacy. Safe place for children, no traffic. You can walk around the property and enjoy and taste the fresh fruit from the plantation.
Yard has a swimming pool, barbecue, wood oven and a chill out area.
The backyard also have another cosy deck to enjoy breakfast, dinner or just read a book.
The villa is covered with a white bead-board cathedral ceiling.
NEW KITCHEN: Refrigerator, gas glass cooktop stove, oven, washing machine and stone countertops.
DINING ROOM: Next to the kitchen with white table.
BATHROOM: Beautiful and fully renovated. Walk-in shower.
