The location was a bit far from the main train station. Missing water heater for boiling hot water as weather were cold during my stay. But overall, we like this place caused is is quiet.

Reception cordial but not that helpful with directions. Breakfast was included and ok. A bit of a walk to the old town but the Innsbruck card was well worth it once we figured out what was covered and how to get to the various areas.

Very Friendly, Even for Moving Pets!
Stayed for one night on the way through Innsbruck. Super convenient, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Would come back and stay again. Not too far from the train station, let us bring our cats (we were moving). It's a great place.
