The hotel staff provided excellent service. Friendly and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful, clean with an amazing breakfast and superb bar. We felt very welcomed by the staff and the owner. This was a hotel favorite of our trip. The staff are very friendly, the location was perfect and the breakfast is something we couldn’t stop talking about. I would say the bathroom we had in our room was a bit small but didn’t hinder our stay one bit. Would definitely book this hotel again if we get the opportunity.

During summer visits. Upon check in, insert key card near inside door of your room to start AC, leave and return a few hours later allowing the AC to cool the room. Leave a card in the slot or your AC will turn off!

Hotel next to golden roof

Love the hotel at heart of old town, next to Golden Roof and all the activities. Walking distance to Innsbruck HBF. Staffs were including the lady owner were very polite and service oriented. Breakfast was excellent with juicer for fresh fruit juice. Room sound proof was great and shield off the noise from the street. Great 3 night stay ! Will comeback again.

Very cool hotel in perfect location. Hotel immediately notified me that we had accidentally left behind an iPad. They were incredibly helpful in arranging its return. Exceptional service like that truly sets this hotel apart. Highly recommend!

We loved being greeted on arrival by smiling staff who were happy to welcome us. Given we arrived before official check in time - we were cordially invited to have a complimentary drink, which we did enjoy sipping in comfortable chairs at their bar and breakfast room. Once we got our keys, the staff gave us complimentary ticketsto use as tourists around the city. Our room was well appointed including the stylish bed side tables, two seater sofa and very comfortable beds. The staff were happy to assist first time travellers to Innsbruck and answer any questions we threw at them. They gave us great restaurant recommendations within a few minutes of walking distance from the hotel. I loved being able to have drinks at the bar after 7.00 pm - once again the bar staff were attentive and happy to have a chat. The gin and tonic was perfect. I am looking forward to going back to Alstadthotel Weisses Kreuz and would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
