Great hotel in a great location!

Enjoyed great customer service and a delicious, extensive breakfast in a really nice hotel in a great part of Altstadt! Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating! Appreciated receiving the Innsbruck Welcome Card with our 3-night stay and traveling for free on public transportation, which was so easy to use! Great stay in Innsbruck! The perfect location right in the heart of the old city. The owner goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of and comfortable. The entire staff went beyond the norm to make you feel at home. The breakfast was perfect, excellent coffee and a myriad of delectable choices. An added bonus, just might be the best shower I ever had.

Perfect Innsbruck old town stay

Cozy yet contemporary hotel in heart of old Innsbruck-great view of town from window in my room. I felt immediately at home upon entry with such a warm welcome from the manager after a delay in my travels. I would highly recommend this location for your stay in Innsbruck.

We had a great time at the Weisses Kreuz hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cocktail bar and the breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Rooms were on the smaller side but were still very comfortable. This was a beautiful hotel.
