centrally located to all the shopping and museum areas. unfortunately the bar was closed for renovations i think but a great option next door was the Galway Irish Pub. overall great stay. very nice and friendly and helpful staff.

Delightful recluse in Innsbruck

One of the best hotel stays I have had. Amazing amenities, hospitality, comfort, kindness. The spa is delightful, but above all the staff were wonderful - I look forward to coming back.

Fantastic hotel, warm welcome, well located.

Great location, 10 minutes from central station. Very warm welcome from reception. Rooms were spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cooked, cold meats and cheeses, pastries and fruit.

Gorgeous room, great facilities, really friendly staff and close to the centre for shopping and sightseeing. Also convenient for the train and bus station. I'd definitely stay again, highly recommended.

This is a very comfortable, well located property. The staff were very kind and professional and the rooms are lovely. The area is calm but very close to the center Old Town district so you have a good balance of tranquil and convenient.

Staff were extra helpful, nothing was too much trouble, we were delighted to find laundry facilities, and the breakfast was extensive and generous. No fridge in room, which was otherwise great, especially the bathroom. A charming venue in a great location including a minimart extra close by.

Little gem near the old town

Positives - Great location, nice room, good WiFi, roomy bathroom with a great shower, wonderful breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, atmospheric building, service room with vending machines and washing facilities plus spare towels. Minor quibbles- bathroom blinds did not guarantee privacy to the outside, curtains did not close properly due to missing hooks etc. The overriding plus was the careful attention of the staff!
