UNACCEPTABLE RIP-OFF!!

TERRIBLE! Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke when I walked in. I booked for 4 people, they only gave 2 towels and there were no sheets, pillowcases, or duvet covers for the comforters for the 2nd bed. Nobody was reachable to get the problem addressed. Room has a loud electrical buzz that kept me up all night. No complimentary bottled water left. Zero staff! Overpriced and unacceptable for what I got. Bed was absolutely uncomfortable and sagging as well. Only positive thing I can offer is that it was very clean inside.

Perfect for family stay in Innsbruck

Comfortable, well priced, family friendly accommodation in an excellent location near to both the old town and station. Kitchenette is a bonus, especially for breakfast with tea and coffee provided, but with lots of options nearby for food and drinks.

We only stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is central to the train station, close enough to the city centre and amenities. The apartment was clean , spacious with a small kitchenette and a above average mini fridge. We loved the moka and they even provided ground coffee!! Self service towels etc was a plus but the access to their washing machine was the massive bonus. Everything is provided here! It was a nice break from hotels used in the past weeks. Communication was fast with responses provided quickly. Check in information was detailed and accurate. We arrived early before check in time and were able to access our room. Thank you Urban inn.

We would stay here again

Family of 4, traveling with two tall teenagers. This was perfect for us. Easy to find. Clean. Beds mostly comfortable. Only downside was no parking, but it's to be expected in Europe.

Great location steps from a fantastic local restaurant and several pubs. This is not a conventional hotel. You go fetch your own bedding and towels from the depot and check in and out on your own. But the staff are extremely accessible. High marks for sustainability.

Lovely rooms

Clean, spacious, quiet location. 10 mins to Innsbruck centre. 5 mins to the ski bus and DeBorse ski hire shop. Small kitchen was very useful.

Excellent hotel for the following: walkable from train station, walkable to main sights of Innsbruck, next door to a Christmas market, spacious room, excellent shower, good kitchenette. Bed was quite low to the ground and there were only 2 pillows, which were a bit flat. Overall, highly recommend.

As many have mentioned, there is no reception but you can contact the staff via email, they will let you know how the check in process works, and it was quite seamless. They kept our luggages after check out which was great. Rooms were big and clean, no lifts (which we knew and weren’t very bothered by it). Would have liked to stay longer. Definitely recommend

Clean, comfortable apartment in nice area

Clean, modern, room in a nice area, a few minutes walk from the station. The studio apartment was perfect for 3 nights in Innsbruck, however any longer might have been a bit cramped for a family of four. It's above a bar which we hadn't realised.The noise wasn't especially loud and didn't really bother us,but it was a little smokey at times. Communication wasn't great at first trying to find out the process for accessing the apartment, but we eventually got it sorted before we arrived. Overall I would happily stay again for a short family break.

Great room, decor was fresh and light, air conditioning effective, kitchenette much appreciated and well equipped for three people. It's in a great location to explore the old town both north and south of the hotel, and quiet even though the room was above a bar. We didn't hear sounds from that once inside the room, just a faint smell of cigarettes wafting up the stairs. The room was really comfortable with good quality furniture. There is a great supermarket nearby for picking up breakfast each morning. We hadn't realised there was the option to extend the use of your key card so that you could store luggage in the building after room checkout - that's worth knowing and arranging in advance. I would stay again and would recommend this place to others.

Great property to stay - basic but nicely appointed. Close to restaurants & tourist attractions. Overnite parking was also easy. Could do with international station TV & more book-in communication. However we had a pleasant stay & check-in instructions were precise & easy. I would recommend.
