While it appeared clean, the bed sheet had a couple of minor dark stains, it smelled like it had been washed, but think that sheet shouldn’t have been reused. While the hotel looks old on the outside & reception, the rooms are actually quite nice. I’d stay again. The staff were very friendly too. They had a new person working the front desk who did very well!

If you are just wanting a place to use and have other plans hen this place is ok. If you are wanting a more vibrant place. Then go elsewhere. Clean and amenities ok but no dining experience and no bar. Not classy

Easy access to parking with limited space availability. Interesting building (former postal office). Spacious room with tall ceilings, functional kitchennette, and washer/dryer in bathroom. Overall, great staff. Kliffy was particularly kind (forgive me if I didn't get the name right). Very convenient walk to lots of dining options around.

This property is amazing. City Center location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Staff especially Cliffe is so helpful and pleasant. The studio has so much amenities. Parking was so easy. Property is spotless. Highly recommend to others.

Hotel location was excellent an handy to everything in the CBD. Room was nice except a bit small. TV was limited in programmes and remote was hopeless and no instructions. Neither electric blanket worked Air ventilation system has vents in the bedroom was noisy 24/7 - hard trying to sleep
