Booked this hotel because of an early, 6am flight out of Inverness. All the staff were friendly, most of them very helpful. The big surprise was the menu at the restaurant. They had numerous healthy choices with vegan and gluten free options. The bonus was the meal was tasty too! Room was comfortable and a basic Courtyard Marriott style. I do recommend if you need to be near the INV airport. Very convenient.

I arrived checked in and given room 115 stank of curry so they gave me another room on 3rd floor 301.. it was freezing so I tried to put heating on and it cut out.. went to reception and reported and the girl said she’d reset it.. went out again 10 later, I went to reception about 5 times and they kept resetting.. they tried to give me another room but same problem on that floor..they couldn’t offer a heater to back up.one male receptionist told me it was good to sleep in a cold room. No refund offered or hotel transfer to other Marriot hotel. I slept in my clothes to keep warm.. it was terrible.. I stay here regularly and have never experienced such poor service Minute s

Hotel was clean and modern with up to date facilities, some nice touches with a mini shop on site for any forgotten essentials, or if you fancied a snack. Breakfast had a good variety and plenty on offer. Free Parking too, which is a bonus for an airport hotel. Staff were friendly. Bar had a good range of drinks.
