Checked in and found urine in toilet, on bowl and on floor. Asked for a new room and they offered me a “drink voucher” at 8pm. I can’t drink that late at night or it will screw up my sleep. Got new room and toilet sits very low and knees smash the toilet paper holder. Poor design. In morning, took shower and found out there’s literally no ventilation in room. No fan, no window, so it was hot in my room for an hour. Went to breakfast and came back to a hot room (it’s October and cold outside) had to leave my room door open to try and get it cool inside room. I was literally sweating in my room. Breakfast was ok, seemed like the scrambled eggs were made from powder. Parking was ok. Hotel is not near downtown area, so if you’re looking to go for a walk, there’s literally nothing around except the airport parking lot.

Close to the airport. Excellent staff, delicious food, spacious room. You can walk to the train but not close to shopping or other dining options. You must take a taxi in us or train.

The service at the restaurant the first night was horrible I sat pretty much ignored for an hour while people who came after me were served eaten and had left before I had to ask when I could order Horrible I don’t like to complain and I know they were busy BUT they are in the service industry a simple can I get you some water They did offer a complimentdrink but it was a little too late

Modern hotel a short walk away from the terminal and rental car facility at Inverness Airport. The room was clean and well-maintained. Staff are very friendly and happy to help out wherever possible. We arrived in a rental car, and left via the Inverness Airport rail station, which was a 15 minute walk via a paved path. Both options were convenient.

I typically look for Marriotts when I'm near an airport, even though they've been pretty hit or miss for me, depending on the airport. This one is, by far, the best airport Marriott I've ever stayed in. First of all, the staff was amazing--very friendly and hard-working. They were short-staffed on one of the times I checked in (I stayed here on two non-consecutive days), so my room wasn't ready when it should have been. So they gave me a free drink at the bar and I very happily waited until my room was ready. I hope my room isn't ready next time I stay there too, haha. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the restaurant area was very comfortable. And it's walking distance to the airport, so you can't beat the convenience if you have an early flight. Once again, best airport Marriott ever!
