Nice stay
Very friendly and welcoming staff, also welcoming to our dogs. We were very grateful that we could bring our two dogs. Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Nice wellness space with Finnish sauna, steam sauna, infrared cabin and relaxing room. Good central location. Clean room, nice bath.

I did not do my homework.Turns out that the hotel does not have airconditioning, something that really was needed during my stay.

Also für ein 4*-Hotel hätte ich schon etwas Besseres erwartet und in vielen 3*-Hotels schon besser gewohnt und gefrühstückt. Das Restaurant war ungemütlich und man fühlte sich wie in einer Kantine. Keine Tischdecken, auch nicht am Abend. Die Essensauswahl ist in jedem kleinen Gasthaus besser . Wir haben nur 1 x hier gegessen, allerdings schmeckte es gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr eng, das Bad eher eine Zumutung. Wenn eine Person auf dem WC saß, war es für eine zweite Person nicht möglich, ins Bad zu gelangen, weil man direkt vor der Tür saß. An WC-Papier war es schwer heranzukommen, weil man zwischen Wand und Waschbecken eingeklemmt war. Der Schrank (ca. 80 cm) war so in die Ecke gequetscht, dass man nur schwer herankam. Für 2 Personen kaum zu benutzen. Hauptsache der dicke Tresor nahm ein ganzes Regal ein... Die Bar ging auch gar nicht. Man saß wie auf dem Präsentierteller direkt im zugigen Eingangsbereich, der aufgrund des Wetters immer "schmuddelig" wirkte, da jeder mit seinen Straßenschuhen dort durchspazierte.

Wir haben uns für das Wochenende gut erholt und sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, wobei an der ein oder anderen Stelle das Detail gefehlt hat, z.b. Sirup zu den total leckeren Pancakes oder die Beschilderung des Essenangebotes. Was dringend überarbeitet werden muss ist das Lichtkonzept der Zimmer. Es sind nur wenig Lampen in Flur und Schlafbereich vorhanden und diese leuchten auch noch sehr dunkel. Des Weiteren waren uns die Kissen zu mini, vielleicht kann man in den Kleiderschrank Ergänzungskissen verstauen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war ok, wobei auf den Nachtischen noch die Glasabdrücke der Vorgäste zu sehen war und die Bettlaken braune Flecken hatten. Als Hundebsitzer muss ich bemängelt, dass ich Urlaub mit meinem Hund machen darf, aber er muss in einer ihm total fremden Umgebung alleine auf dem Zimmer bleiben, während Herrchen essen geht. Vielleicht gibt es da mal die Möglichkeit das Restaurant zu teilen, damit andere Gäste nicht gestört werden. Ich verstehe den Sachverhalt, aber in Gaststätten, Cafes etc.darf ich meinen Hund auch mitnehmen. Das erschließt sich mir nicht. Schließt für mich einen längeren Urlaub in diesem Hotel aus, da ich nicht den ganzen Urlaub getrennt von meinem Partner essen möchte.
