Bed and room were fine for a night, fairly comfy. Staff were getting grumpy that people wanted to check in before 3pm and were not polite about helping. I left and came back well after 3 in order not to have that issue. They couldn't get me a key right away so the staff had to let me into the room with a master key. Hotel is clean and tidy but the area was horrible. Garbage and excrement on the pavement out front, lighting wasn't great either.

I know it was small but my husband had to climb over me to get in bed Also the coffee machine and tea machine did not work no hot drinks at alll was disappointed calls for a rebate l am sorry to say

I have stayed many times and always found it adequate and comfortable. The only slight negative feedback I felt this time was it was messy as you came through the doors into the hotel. There always seemed to be rubbish on the floor

Booked last minute and the staff on the front desk couldn’t be more helpful. It was nice & cheap, bed was comfortable & clean, towels & showers were just what was needed after a long day. No complaints from me at all 👏

Not even a cup or glass in the room. Bed was rubbish. And needs replacing. Premier inn for me in future. No parking a not even a place to stop to drop your bags.
