There was a very rude man at the front desk. Check in was 3pm but we came at 1pm to drop off our stuff. After a long journey we just wanted to sit down in the lobby and relax for a minute but the man at the front desk immediately came over said it was not allowed, and if we wanted use of facilities we would need to pay extra. We were surprised at the rudeness and lack of hospitality. Any decent host would show a warm welcome and let their guests relax for a few minutes in the lobby, especially if no one is using it. Later, when my partner was in the shower, the same man at the front desk came to the shower room and took away the towel my boyfriend had brought, saying that the towel was not allowed to be used for drying. We felt like we had no privacy here, and this man was following us around all the time This employee was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered and made the stay miserable. We actually checked out of this place 3 days early because this man at the front desk was so bad. In addition, it is advertised as a private room but in reality, it isn't really private, as the walls of each "room" don't even go up to the ceiling, so everyone can hear everyone. It's more like an office cubicle. The two other ladies who worked here were very nice though, and the location was excellent. I would not come back here ever however.
